No flaws to the shoe will be present, as you will receive them in the exact same condition as they were sent.

Your order will be shipped double boxed with secure packaging to ensure your order arrives in the same condition it leaves our stock room. You will also receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.

Kixora dispatches all packages from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service.

Kixora always aims to get your order to you within 1-3 working days, however during busier periods it could be 5-10 working days from the time of order.
